- #18 Stonefly nymph (pictured)
- #14 Royal Wulff trude
- #14 Pass Lake trude
- #14 Trude (all three tied as indicators)
- #18 Griffiths Gnat
- #18 Black Ant (seems counterintuitive, but anglers swear by using ants early season!)
- #18 Blue Winged Olive
- #14 Hare's ear soft hackle.
